Handmade sourdough starter whisk (2.0)

These are essentially mini dough whisks, perfect for stirring starters and preferments in small containers, made of stainless-steel and wood. They are about 10" long from end to end, and 6" long from handle to loop. Stop using spoons or chopsticks and switch to one of these instead! (They are also excellent for stirring tahini or peanut butter.)

Now using premium hardwood, finished handles with a zinc-plated ferrule, made in Maine.

These are made using new handles; if you are looking for the "antique" version, you'll find it elsewhere in the shop, though they may be sold out.
